Problems with registration

I have filled in a form, but I haven't received an e-mail with confirmation.

Possible reasons:
  • mistake in an address

    It is the most probable reason. That's why we require confirmation by clicking in a link from e-mail.
    Solution: try register again (if you wish use the same login, you may do it after 24 hours or you may register immediately choosing another login).

  • too restrictive antispam filters

    Maybe a server serving your e-mail account use too restrictive antispam filters (for example server may regret all e-mail generated by web scripts).
    Solution:
    Try turn off antispam protection for a while and register an account again (if you wish use the same login, you may do it after 24 hours or you may register immediately choosing another login).
    Try register an account with another e-mail address at another internet provider.
    Contact with your internet provider.

    It is also possible that antispam filter in your computer is set up too restrictive.
    Solution:
    Search a junk mail box where your program moves e-mail it thinks are spam.
    Try turn off an antispam filter for a while and register again (if you wish use the same login, you may do it after 24 hours or you may register immediately choosing another login).

  • restarts or technical failures of servers

    Solution: wait, maybe an e-mail will come in a few minutes, sometimes servers keep mails for some time (even a few hours).
If none of above solutions works, please contact your teacher or an administrator of the portal.


I clicked in a link from e-mail confirming registration, but I received a warning that registration did not succeeded.

You have 24 hours from a moment of filling a form to confirm registration. After this time your application is automatically removed.

Solution: register again (if you wish use the same login, you may do it after 24 hours or you may register immediately choosing another login)
If this situation occurred before 24 hours period, please contact an administrator.


What are requirements for a passwords?

A password cannot be identical with login and have to have at least 6 characters.


May I use national characters in login?

Yes, you can. However we recommend using only letters and numbers from English alphabet. If you use non-standard characters, you may have a problem with logging in if you travel abroad.


I forgot a password

Use toll for generating new password. New password will be sent on your e-mail address which is in the database.

If you no longer maintain an e-mail account for which you registered account in the portal, you cannot receive a new password in this way. In such case contact your teacher, who should set up you a new password. If there is a problem with password to a teacher account, one should contact with administrator of the portal.


I have noticed an error in the website, something do not work as it should

Please contact an administrator of the portal and describe in which situation an error occurred or what did not work. if you see an error message, please copy it and send to administrator, this will help to correct the error.
